final clean up (see list above): excl. kitchen, this needs to be cleaned and tidied after use by tenants, if this is not the case a fine applies of 35 euros
bond: 250 euro
On request, to pay on location:
cradle: 35 euro per week
extra bed: 50 euro per week
pets allowed, costs are 50 euro
The exchange of keys is on the day of arrival between 17.00 and 20.00. The villa must be vacated on the day of departure before 10.00. If arriving after 20.00 an additional cost of 50 euro will be charged.
