In the months of June, July and August this villa will be rented out per month.
In April, May, September and October it is also possible to rent the villa per week.

Excl. €2.500 utility costs (water, gas, house linen, final clean, pool maintenance).

Use of electricity and telephone will be calculated by means of a meter on the spot.
